Monterey 2 door hardtop has been meticulously frame-off restored
and lovingly cared for, retaining the classic lines and styling of
the era. Presented in beautiful two-tone Premier Yellow with Arctic
White as originally manufactured. Less than 9000 miles since
restoration completed in Santa Barbara CA. Also original is the
driveline, 256ci/161hp overhead V8 engine, mated to the original
manual 3 speed with overdrive transmission "3 on the tree" shift,
both being completely and professionally rebuilt to precise
original specifications. Upgrades during the restoration include;
install a Holley 4-barrel carburetor, Holley air filter, dual
exhaust with "Smithy" glasspack mufflers, conversion to 12-volt
electrical throughout, and electric fuel pump installed 2023. Other
highlights of the restoration are: � Original radio remains, with
FM conversion � New Redhead steering box � Interior is completely
restored with new upholstery matching the original. � All interior
surfaces either chromed or painted to match � Tachometer and
temperature gauges installed � Diamond Classics radial wide
whitewall tires (about 5000 miles) mounted on matching color
painted steel rims with chromed original hub caps � Fender skirts �
