What are some organize tips for a closet contained by our small apartment?
Answers: Hello. I know how thorny it is to have a small closet, especially if you have to share it.
Your belief for a second hanging bar is righteous, and they even sell detachable, non-permanent ones at places like Bed Bath & Beyond.
Also, consider flaccid a laundry bag on your door, or using over-door hanging organizer for shoes, purses, scarves, belts, ties, etc.
For luggage, make sure you are putting small bags inside of ample bags, to take up the most minuscule space. And please don't keep shoes in shoeboxes, if you are. This is a big fritter away of space.
Also, try the velvety ultra-slim hangers. They are very skeletal and may buy you some space.
The hanging space bags may oblige too, for items you don't wear that often like coats, dresses, and suits. https://www.spacebag.com/hangingbag/9040...
I also resembling the idea of finding other places for clothes you can fold, or seasonal items you don't wear very recurrently. Underbed boxes are great, and you may be able to find other small spaces above kitchen cabinets or contained by the bathroom for the plastic containers of other stuff.
Good luck!
Your idea for the hanging shaft is a good and inexpensive answer, but it sounds like it will require you to move some things out of your closet. Is within enough room under your bed for the underneath bed storage boxes. How about buying storage boxes that, when covered with a table cloth (even if you own to make it,) can be used as an end table or coffee table. This will breed it functional and practical. I agree with all of Harry's suggestions. Levelled hanger are good space savers. You could also try folding clothes that don't crease so you can hold more space for those that do.
Be creative when it comes to storage! The closet is not the only storage space for all your knick knacks. Try visit www.ikea.com. They have several space saving gadget that would be useful to you.
Best of Luck!
