Engine:
352 FE motor replaced at 12,900 miles with new 352 FE long block from S&J Engines in Washington. Rebuilt back to the original specs with reuse of the aftermarket Edelbrock intake and Edelbrock carburetor that was on the original engine. New fuel pump, water pump, starter, all new hoses (radiator/fuel/vacuum), Pertronix electronic ignition, new water temp gauge in cluster, 50amp breaker installed on firewall to protect ammeter circuit
New throttle linkage after engine reinstall (from wire to rod)
All fluid changes (tranny/diffs/oil, steering box, etc) and then 1st oil change after new engine break in
New exhaust from exhaust manifold back
Exterior:
Trailer hitch and wiring completed
Cleaned up wiring harness, secured connectors/wires and wrapped in covering throughout entire truck
New LED Headlights
New engine cowling weatherstripping
New hood hinges
New weatherstripping for vent windows both sides
Added year correct badging on both sides (F250)
Drum Brakes all 4 wheels, complete rebuild (all components new)
Right rear axle bearing rebuild to fix leak
Fuel Fill rubber seal on body replaced
Completed both front closed knuckle rebuilds on seals and fluid
Interior:
Aftermarket seat cover with pockets
Rust inhibitor work done on few tiny surface spots on wheel wells/engine bay and floorboards
Added sound deadening foam with heat reflective surface to floor/firewall
All new carpet in cab
Added deluxe heater valve with cable/actuator in cab to allow heat to be turned on in cab
New gas pedal
New driver/passenger door weatherstripping
